part of me felt really bad. mostly though, i just laughed. a LOT more than i should have.
i give you, my viewing pattern for thursday night, the 15th of december, 2005:
9 pm (cst) - "the boy whose skin fell off"
10 pm (cst) - "born with two heads"
11 pm (cst) - "archie: the 84-lb baby"
call me twisted, but i freaking love TLC.

(sorry)
i was trying to say, i think you forgot to mention watching reunion there my friend...
i think that counts. it's about the same reaction.
What's pathetic is that i watched all of it with you.
'We never noticed the extra head in our ultrasounds. You have to understand we were too busy looking for other things.' -- i still don't know what those other things could be... I mean, IT'S A SECOND HEAD! Shouldn't it stand right out?!
Well, the head foamed at the mouth a lot... but according to the nurse she was unique in personality from her sister, albeit lacking appendages or torso. At one point they were feeding it a bottle which was disturbing cuz where would the milk go anyway??
yeah, i guess despite being labelled as a "parasite" and possessing nothing of it's own other than a brain and a face, the second head was said to have it's own personality.
right up to the point where they cut it off.
wow.
my mom watches all that stuff. she is a nurse and swares up and down that it happens more often than you would think.
actually, "archie" doesn't happen often at all. in fact there are only 3 known cases of his condition.
i get what you're saying though.
i was refering to weird things growing on babies - smart ass.
the thing is on again right now and ... well... not dinner time viewing.
Oh and the "Boy" who skins falls off was almost 40 years old... I think you bypass "boy" long before then.
Oh, I watched all of those too. I've also seen "The World's Strongest Boy" and "Half a Woman" and then there is also one about a woman who has no arms and really short legs-almost like her feet are just attached to the bottom of her torso, and she had a perfectly healthy baby which she raised on her own. I've also seen the ones of people with progeria-premature aging-like 7 year olds that look like they are 90.
Weird how a lot of the people are British.
