it's headlines (abbreviated)
i have one reason and one reason alone to write this installment of headlines:
Hasselhoff has surgery following shaving accident
the end

the end
honest. soft-hitting. and utterly frustrated.

i'm just here trying to figure out how to make the small world around me a little happier. a little snappier. a little more entertaining.

First I'm thinking, "cut his right arm while shaving??" Then I realize it wasn't the razor that cut him...weird, weird, weird. That's my kind of clumsy.
My favorite paragraph from the article:
"Hasselhoff recently disappointed audiences across the pond by canceling his debut pantomime role as Captain Hook in the musical Peter Pan, due to open this year in London."
PANTOMIME???
and by the way...America doesn't have talent...it has desperate TV Network executives.
"PANTOMIME???"
Well, you can't blame him for cancelling that gig...although you CAN blame him for accepting it to begin with!!!
as much as i love where this is going. i have to ruin the party. yes, the word pantomime is very funny, and yes, the thought of michael knight performing it is even funnier.
but it's not that kind of mime.
sorry.
dammit, cade! The thought of Mitch miming Captain Hook was getting me through my days here in the interior of Missourah...now I have to go back to drinking! At least I'll blend in a little better...
I so thought he was maybe shaving his arms and cut himself with the razor too. So wrong.
