say it ain't so, stan. say it ain't so
i am horrified.
i cannot imagine a universe where stan lee and the people at marvel comics would allow their (arguably) most famous creation to be whored out to the extent that it has been lately.
personally, i thought that this was actually kind of funny.
but this is basically as unacceptable as it comes.
observe it in action here.
mr. lee, please get control of your beloved character.
awful.

I must have missed the auditions for "voice of itsy-bitsy spiderman".
We knew to question Stan Lee's sanity when he decided that "Who wants to be a superhero?" was a good idea...
and with that said, when is that Feedback made-for-tv superhero movie hitting SciFi channel anyway???
Aww, come on, guys, it's so simple. Maybe you need a refresher course? It's all whoring nowadays. I became disenchanted with the sanctity of consumer icons when Sting allowed Puff Daddy to ruin 'Every Breath You Take'. But I gotta admit that's pretty wrong what they did to Spidey.
addendum: puffy ruined EVERY song he touched...not just that one.
word.
word.
